Riga public transport will be free of charge on November 18
„Rīgas satiksme” informs that on November 17 Riga public transport (buses, trolleybuses and trams) will run according to holiday schedules, but minibuses will run according to Sunday schedule. On November 22 (transferred workday) the public transport will run according to workday schedules, but minibuses – according to Saturday schedule.
Workday travel cards will be valid in public transport on November 22, yet these cards will be invalid on November 17.
On November 17, like on holidays, there will be open one customer service centre of „Rīgas satiksme”, at Spīķeru Street 1, but on November 22 all customer service centres will be open according to the workday schedule, except for that located at Brīvības Street 49/53, which will be open from 8.00 till 17.00.
The pay parking lots managed by „Rīgas satiksme” will be open on November 17 and 22 like on Saturdays, until 17.00, except Old Riga, where parking services will be for pay. On November 18 all municipal parking lots will be available free of charge.
